Damage deposit will be refunded if the cottage is left in an acceptable manner.

Our cottage is ideal for 4-6 people. The two bedrooms each sleep 2 with a hide-away bed in the living room to accommodate an additional 2 people. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other has two twin-size beds.
Linens, bedsheets, pillows, and towels are provided.

We do not allow overnight unregistered guests and camping with tents or trailers/RV's is not permitted.

Aunt Ella’s Cottage, 6668 Black Bass Bay Road, Presque Isle, MI 49777

The cottage is located on Grand Lake in Northeast Lower Michigan approximately 25 miles north of Alpena.

If traveling South on US 23:

Turn east (or left) onto County Road 638. This road goes to the Presque Isle Lighthouses and is 6.1 miles south from the intersection of M-65 and US 23 (a storage building is on the corner);
Proceed on County Road 638 for approximately 1 mile;
Turn right at Black Bass Bay Road; and,
Proceed for approximately 1 mile to 6668 Black Bass Bay Road (cottage is tan-colored and on the right side of the road).

If traveling North on US 23:

Turn east (or right) onto County Road 638. This road goes to the Presque Isle lighthouses and is approximately 25 miles north from Alpena (a storage building is on the corner);
Proceed on County Road 638 for approximately 1 mile;
Turn right at Black Bass Bay Road; and,
Proceed for approximately 1 mile to 6668 Black Bass Bay Road
(cottage is tan-colored and on the right side of the road.
